Account Executives: You will be responsible for business development activities including contacting leads, website traffic, direct mail pieces, cold calls and networking with other professionals and Business owners. Your job is to close business. You will be trained in a classroom environment and provided continuous training throughout your employment. You must have a College degree or Outside Sales experience to apply. First year income potential of $60K-$100K and more.

Account Executive Independent Contractor (IC): This position has the same opportunities and description as traditional Account Executive (AE) but this is a W-9 position as a independent contractor. Attached is the application agreement. Click here for the application and agreement.

Compensation will be competitive. First year income potential of $50K – $100K commissions and overrides.

Regional District Manager: The successful Candidate will have a minimum of 10 years Outside Sales/Sales Management experience and a network of business to business resources. Must be able to manage, sell and recruit new Account Executives in your region. Apple Capital Group, Inc. is a young company and as such there is excellent potential for promotion and growth. Your Comp plan is an extremely aggressive Commission Schedule and an override on all business in your region. Training is provided by Corporate once per month for new Account Executives via Web-x and weekly for continuing education. If you have an Entrepreneur’s heart and want to grow with a new company, stock options are available. First year income potential of $75K – $250K and more.

Business Development Manager: This position will assist regional district manager and VP of Sales to identify and develop business opportunities via commercial, government and non-profit business for your commercial services. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will define and follow-up of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and objectives, develop and implement strategies for new products and services, determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs, provide direction, guidance and support for account executives and regional district manager, pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services, further develop multi-tiered-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts, build referral and lead generation network, and implement business models so as to create new ventures. The Business Development Manager opportunity available in your area with Apple Capital is for a sales professional with a proven track record of accomplishments. Applicants should possess the leadership talents and work ethic to lead by example marketing our financial product solutions.

Compensation will be competitive. First year income potential of $75K – $250K commissions and overrides.

Director of Public Relations, Marketing & Social Media: This position is a senior member of our management team. As a growing commercial lending firm, the Director’s role is a pivotal position as it oversees all of our operations and account management. This individual will serve as a mentor, manager and lead example for all account teams on client management, quality assurance, staff development and strategic guidance. The Director will also be involved in new business development, operational leadership and product/services development. We are seeking an individual who has exceptional leadership capabilities, a strong work ethic and a passion for public relations and social media.

8+ years public agency leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in public relations, marketing, communications, journalism or related field
Experience in leading technology, health care and professional services account teams
Broad base of experience in core competencies of public relations including media relations, analyst relations, thought leadership, strategic counsel etc.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of social media concepts and platforms (required) and has engaged in social media or led projects in social media on behalf of clients (preferred).

Compensation will be competitive. Base salary and commissions.

Director of Investment Banking: Full service investment banking boutique, with a strong track record of steady growth is seeking to build its Investment Banking department. The firm focuses on small-mid cap companies and has developed important sector verticals- healthcare, technology, financial services, energy and consumer. Director will work with one of Wall Street’s prestigious investment banks to originate and execute deal flow in all sectors under coverage. The firm has a well-developed equity research, sales and trading platform and would like to ramp up the investment banking arm. The positions are ideally based in Chicago and New York but potentially out of one of the other major offices around the country.

Solid understanding of capital markets and strong Financial Modeling skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Investment Banking
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses; or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance.
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all level in organization.
  • Ability to take initiative and function independently balanced with strong teaming skills
  • Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.

Compensation will be competitive. Base salary and commissions.

All five positions offer aggressive performance based compensation plan with premium commissions and residual income, recruiting bonuses – with no ceiling on earning as your business builds. No sales boundaries and online sales presentation are available when needed. Our critical financial services are in demand by business and professional practices of all sizes. Excellent training and the on-going support, you need to be successful. The freedom and independence of a flexible schedule with no required evenings, weekends or major travel. After 90 days of employment, Health, Life and disability insurance, retirement and other fringed benefits are available to employees and independent contractors.
