HFC has selected Vaughn Construction as the CM@Risk for the Parking Garage and Office Building, Two Pedestrian Bridges, Avenida de las Americas (ADLA) Re-Design, GRBCC Façade Re-design, Retail Spaces, and the South Transit Center, totaling an approximately $80 to $100 Million in construction value.
