U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SBA)

CITY OF FORT WORTH
The City of Fort Worth has COVID-19 Information for Businesses online. They are also asking local businesses to complete the COVID-19 Business Survey to aid in their response. These, and other important City resources are available at the link.
STATE OF TEXAS
The Texas Workforce Commission general information for employers during the COVIS-19 crisis including FAQs for Texas Employers. There is additional state-related information at www.gov.texas.gov including updates from Governor Abbott.
NATIONAL RESOURCES
EEOC – To help businesses become more aware of discrimination issues that can arise when important employment decisions are being made, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has created What You Should Know About the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act and the Coronavirus.
WAGE AND HOUR – The Department of Labor’s (DOL’s) Wage and Hour Division is providing information on common issues employers and workers face when responding to COVID-19, including the effects on wages and hours worked under the Fair Labor Standards Act and job-protected leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
SAFETY AND HEALTH – The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) provides Interim Guidance and other safety-related resources about the COVID-19 outbreak.
